Vehicles towed will be released upon providing the tow company with a signed release form from the Dighton Police Department. Tow releases may be obtained at any time.
VEHICLES MAY BE RELEASED TO:
Registered owner of towed vehicle
Persons residing with and proving residency the same as the registered owner
TOWS FOR UNREGISTERED/UNINSURED/EXPIRED REGISTRATION:
Proof of active registration is required prior to release.
TOWS FOR OPERATORS WHOSE OPERATING PRIVILEGE HAS BEEN REVOKED OR SUSPENDED:
Two valid operator licenses are required prior to release.
**Arrangements may be made with a tow company to have vehicle towed from the tow lot**
THE TOW RELEASE FEE IS $10 CHECK OR MONEY ORDER MADE PAYABLE ONLY TO: TOWN OF DIGHTON. CASH CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
